This place is a joke... This is NOT a career. It?s actually a joke of a job to say the least. The owner walks around like a clown and thinks she is more then just a store owner. She is all about drama and LOVES starting stuff with her employees. With the owner being a joke there is no leadership in the store so nothing is ever being done or it?s done incorrectly which makes it an extremely stressful environment. It has the highest turnover rate with employees. The owner will tell you anything and everything to get you hired but do NOT believe anything. You will not be traveling and there is absolutely no benefits and don?t believe whatever ?title? she gives you... everyone is a manager of something.
