Total delusion followed by tyranny Owner is a megalomaniacal, rip-off artist who treats his people like prisoners. Not only would I not recommend working here: I wouldn't recommend doing business with them. They lost half their business thanks to the owner. They missed start-ups, mobile, big data trends and chased out anyone with a brain. They can't keep their software running and so much as taking a walk in the afternoon is forbidden.
