Toxic, Unprofessional, Bad experience This job would be amazing if you didn't have to deal with upper management. Sarah Seven does not run her company well. The fact that they only have 3 executives running a national brand is a huge pitfall. They are spread thin and do not like to give up control so they drop the ball on most things and blame their employees for their mistakes. They can be very manipulative and unprofessional, very catty and gossipy. They don't treat their stylists or seamstresses well. They tend to focus on your mistakes verses giving you praise when you do something right. Really toxic environment that hasn't changed for years and won't change. Believe the bad reviews.
