What a Joke Poor management starting with the executive director and all the way down. no one is responsible to do anything. A bunch of spoiled college kids thinking they should be paid more and promoted to high level positions.The whole place feels as though they need to have a say in all decisions. They should all have sharp objects taken from them or you will find them in your back. Bring your own lunch cooler. If you put your food in the frig, some bugger nose kid will eat it. Since it is a non profit, everyone feels that the company does not need to make money, what a concept! Everyone prefers to do nothing and just watch videos on the internet or engage in personal email. What ever they do or sell as non profit is more like negative profit and they are very lucky to have PG&E contracts where they make a few bucks. No discipline and no organization. The Executive director and a few others should be banished, I can't believe they still have a job. Better to take away anything sharp from the employees or you may find it in your BACK! At age 45 I have worked at a few places and this is the worst hell hole I have ever been in. I can't believe the dumb board of directors lets it operate this way at all let alone keep the doors open. About the only thing Green about them is St. Patrick's Day!!!!
