Worst experience of my life. Poor management (non-existent), extremely outdated equipment, do not properly repair and service vehicles (mechanics say I dont know a lot, body techs do not follow OEM procedures, leave things loose or off the vehicle). Average age of employee is 55+ who have all been babied and feel entitled in the body shop. Lack of knowledgeable employees. During interview they will promise you X amount of money but you wont even get close to said amount. They will lay you off and/or fire you without any warning. Mandatory 10 hour work day. Pay plan is constantly changing "for the better". I've never worked at a place where so many people care so very little. No passion left here.
