Worst Place I have ever worked at
Salary - I am just gonna say that after leaving Zindagi, I got a $45k raise in my salary. There is a lot of chaos. Management that does not have any clue about what's going on. Art controls not only the art side but also the design side of the project. A lot of thrash and confusion happens because decisions come from the art side, and they are not well thought out. Engineering management is not done in a smart manner, and a lot of poor decisions are made. Some people who work at the company are there just because they have been there forever, not because they are qualified.
