Wouldn't Go Back Uncompetitive pay for most employees. Lack of accountability. Lack of follow-through. Lack of recognition. Management loves management, completely oblivious to anyone else. Lack of support during stressful times. There always seems to be a hidden agenda with people. So many "well known" secrets about employees for gossip. Very revenue-driven, seemingly no heart or compassion.
