You?d get more respect working at Starbucks
Toxic environment. They have the mentality of a studio much larger than they actually are. They scrape the bottom of the barrel for work. Bend over backwards for clients, promising the impossible, with no regard to artists. Almost zero communication. The end result is poor work and clients that don?t respect them. They don?t pay OT money for OT time. Shady.
