Shrinking staff at a growing company
Low morale due to high turnover and burnout - when one employee leaves, their workload goes to someone else instead of replacing the open position. Bonuses are built into employee offer letters with no intention to deliver due to vague language - only used to incentivize potential hires to join the company. Shady dealings by management to cut costs, which ruins company relations with talent, producers, guilds, and vendors. Poor communication by management to employees regarding company matters. Certain disclosures are only made if legally required or to prevent potential liability.
