Connie could not focus, strategize, nor recall directives she issued. She distrusted all subordinates to the point of paranoia and moved one position from an onsite location to her own office as one consequence. She was known to send an email and call the recipient in order to be on the phone while the person read her email. She was also known to call a subordinate at shift start and continue calling until that person arrived. (Note that this is an office situation, not an hourly factory worker situation.) She sacrificed quality for budget, which degraded the brand. She doesn't let others finish speaking, preferring to talk over a person instead.
