As the Sales & Delivery Manager for Becker, Erik Hertzog works with some of the largest and most distinguished companies in the Philadelphia area. Working side by side with the owners of the company, Erik works on forward thinking and brand recognition to make Becker a staffing firm that people know for the quality and value they provide.
On the side Erik is building a Junior Olympic Volleyball program from the ground up. Working with players from the age of 8 to 18. Teaching life lessons as well as athletics to the players is key.

After many years of Playing volleyball at a high level on the beach, Erik has turned his focus to teaching the youth of the game as well as becoming a good father to his kids and a supporting husband to his wife of 11 years.
Erik will help grow Becker's brand to a household name when you think about staffing options in the Northeast region.
