Justin Delisi graduated Cum Laude from Loyola University of Maryland in 2001, and was an active member of the Financial Management Association. Justin Delisi then went on to manage and develop a Commercial Loan Portfolio for the next 6 years at Vist Financial, a locally-managed community bank, serving Berks, Montgomery, Philadelphia, and Schuylkill County.
After seeing early success at Vist Financial, Justin Delisi went on to become Vice President of Commercial Lending at Stonebridge Bank. Here, Justin Delisi developed a loan portfolio from the ground up, while concurrently assisting opining a new Stonebridge Bank branch in Blue Bell, PA.
Justin Delisi saw an opportunity to continue his professional development at Dergin, Roberts & Co., where he was hired under the title of Director of Institutional Client and Insurance Group. Here, for the next 4.5 years, Justin Delisi was the primary point of contact for overseeing over 5,000 clients whose insurance policies ranged in size from $1M to over $100M.
At every position Justin Delisi has ever held, his primary focus has always been on the client. Regardless of any extenuating circumstance, Justin Delisi puts the client first, and ensures their expectations are not only being met, but being exceeded.
