If I could give her negative stars I would. I worked for Tami for several months in 2021-2022 in the finance department. She doesn’t know accounting principles, she also doesn’t understand certain cost accounting principles like a CFO should. She will fire anyone who knows more than she does if they pose a threat to her. It’s taken me more than a year to get over my PTSD from this woman, but if you read this just run as fast as you can. She is only interested in people that will kiss her a** and say yes to her all day long. If you point out the right or legal way of doing something and she disagrees with you, she will direct you to do it her way. If you do that multiple times, she finds a reason to fire you. In my short time at the company, there were 4 or 5 mid/high-level finance & accounting people that were hired and fired by her because they refused to do things in a way that violated GAAP. She is only interested in one thing - herself - and will throw anyone around her under a bus, run them over, and turn around and run them over again if they disagree with her or say no to her. She is exactly the type of manager that should never be allowed to be one. She is the perfect example of what not to do when you’re a leader.
