Don't expect too much from this company if you're well educated and a minority. They will hire minorities. However after they hire you, don't expect to be promoted to the corporate office unless you're going over as a teller, call center personal or floater. All of the career enhancing positions are for the chosen few, non minorities. In other words, they're promotional practices are severely suspect. If you need a job, just take it until something better comes along, then just leave. Save yourself the frustration of trying to matter, while working for that unjust organization.
