no future advancement The reviews here are as real as it gets, the list just goes on and on. Being in Finance for a while now, everyday is a challenge of not just workload but your mentality as well. There is absolute no training program and management is almost/close to never there for you. You?d be lucky and count yourself special if you ever get an email or a phone call back on the other end of the line. Everything is self-taught here, the medical terminology, policy, protocols, etc. If something goes wrong, be prepare to ace the blame game so they can look good to the executives. You will have to learn and understand that there won?t be any credibility and recogonization for your hard work. Your colleagues are basically your life line, your stress relieve, your key to keep your sanity. Also be prepare to do multiple work that you never sign up for or that was in your job description (while getting paid the same). They do throw some happy hours or partys every now and then, but thats just every other friday a normal person will do/go to anyway.
