This Company is NOT what it claims to be. After work at hayden for a few months, I discovered many red flags. I was inclined to overlook most of them. UNTIL management became verbally abusive on a daily basis. When the bank account starts to run low, Tempers begin to run high and management begins to scream and yell and name call. Printers were thrown across rooms, boxes full of brochures were thrown in my face. When I complained to the owner, I was told to accomodate the abusive members of management better! Despite the lies posted on their website, this company has existed for 1 year. As an employee, you are expected to keep up with all of their dishonesty and put yourself in the line of fire when the company does not fulfill its promises.
