Would never go back. Toxic and disorganized I would not recommend. This was by far the most toxic and unprofessional company I?ve worked for. It?s obvious everyone is miserable, and to make matters worse instead of uplifting new employees they just bring you down with their negativity. The negativity comes from everywhere and it?s extremely draining. No one holds back at expressing how much they hate their job which is probably why the turnover is so high. There?s constant chaos and unnecessary stress which is due to lack of real leadership. Upper management only interested in themselves, not interested in helping you grow. HR is not helpful in doing things to boost the morale. The CEO walks around with his nose in the air and expresses no interest in acknowledging employees. The communication is awful and almost nonexistent between many departments. The dynamic is like high school, full of cliques and bullies. Not open to feedback or interested in changing the culture or how things operate. They make little to no effort explaining the mission or updating the company on progress made towards finding a cure. Diversity and inclusivity is not a priority. A lot of racism, sexism, and ignorance. Most event attendees and talent are the same boring people over and over. Don?t even waste your time trying to present new ideas, the out-of-touch upper management will shut it down, or they?ll just take your idea and claim it as their own later. They expect you to work non-stop, unless you?re part of upper management then you can do whatever you want. Lower level staff work extremely hard and there?s no gratitude. Your reward is being underpaid with mediocre benefits. Overall, I had high hopes for my role and was very disappointed to see what really goes on behind the scenes.
