The company hit a high with their business niche in the ATM business, but lacked the ability to progress through the changing economy and find where the business could continue to excel. Basically they hit the wave, rode it and that wave began to go down and sadly, the business is now struggling to survive. There are some employees who are allowed to get a way with attendance issues or not do their job as effectively, while others adhere to the following policy; it makes for negative moral issues among employees.
