Don't Let the High Salary Fool You Absolutely NO loyalty to employees. If you're interested in an unprofessional atmosphere and working for a company that is run like "mean girls" in high school, this is the place for you. There is constant gossiping, and management participates with the gossipers. If you ask for help from your manager, you're told to "figure it out". They don't care how hard you work or if you follow the rules; their favorites have no rules and do whatever they please. You are expected to go to work in the severest of blizzards. Most of the managers are personal friends of the owners and therefore do not have to do anything except scream at their staff for mistakes that were made by themselves. They pay very well, but you will be "owned" by them and will be given more work than humanly possible.
