Enterprise Account Executive
So many cons, not sure where to start. The cost for medical benefits depends on your salary. Sales reps pay more than non-sales reps for the exact same coverage. Sales quotas are huge. It's mandatory that Account Execs and Account Managers propose a set amount of business EVERY WEEK or you'll get written up. If you are off for vacation or take sick time, you are still required to meet your full sales and proposal quotas for that week and/or month. If not, you are written up. Internal processing of orders is terrible. No one knows what others are doing which causes unnecessary delays and angry customers. The expectations are unrealistic and the stress is unreal. I'm preparing to leave. Working for this company isn't worth the stress and aggravation.
