Leaves you questioning your self-worth a quickly revolving door (the company is made up of about 17-20 employees and since I left, at least 10 others have as well which I was later told was essentially the same situation the company was in when I came in) highest levels of management foster an environment of lying and secrecy undercurrents of racism and sexual harassment in upper management cliquey and hostile work environment management refused to fix issues and improve work environment when I brought any of these issues up repeatedly manager never shared or escalated issues with Tanya or other layers of management until I decided to quit upper management has clear favorites and was unwilling to listen to anyone outside of that group the culture and work environment I was sold on in the interview process/media is not what exists no one in upper management was able to recognize when their favorites tossed other employees under the bus until it was brought to light to them by hard evidence (when evidence was too glaring to ignore, they would not apologize or work to make improvements that would discourage similar situations moving forward) part of everyone's job becomes being a personal assistant to management (taking away time from what you were hired to do)
