The Place you come to when you want to work for a sad excuse for a 55 year old company. WITH NO WAY OUT! WILLFUL And WANTON corruption in this company. Women have never been salaried. There is no real corporate structure and if your a new employee you are treated like an unwanted pest. They brake State DOL and FSLA regulations like braking wind. I have been here for years watching one thing after another and the so called owner simply sits back and lets it happen. No use in going to HR or him. First there is no REAL HR (she is really a clerk with no credentials) and the owner never keeps to his word. He conveniently cant recall or shrugs you off and tells you to deal with it yourself. The office is a throwback to the show Taxi. The shop has mold on the ceiling tiles, roaches, mice and is poorly insulated from the elements. Hot or cold. Don't count on a raise or upward mobility unless you are ready to stab some one in the back or cheat your way up the latter or male. That is to say: it is a norm. You will be under paid and over worked. . Not to mention that in 55 years of business this company has no real value besides being ancient. Lunch hours that were paid as a benefit are no more, health care is a joke and is more expensive for families. Promotions are handed out by favoritism alone. no real profesionalism
