The worst professional experience; one could not create a more divisive environment unless one considers a snake pit. Corporate culture was like a snake pit. No one trusted each other. There was little internal communication. The product vision was weak. The egos of C-Level execs were delusional. No one could set a fair price for the product so they didn't sell anything. When things went bad the following happened: 3 CEOs in 18 months. 3 CFOs in 18 months. 3 VPs of Product in 18 months. The Heads of Sales for NA and EMEA left within two years of being there (or were forced out; unclear as the culture is fundamentally duplicitous). The main sales engineers left and all you had was a pit of snakes looking for the next un-empowered employee to bite because management was not full of leaders. Just some people who got lucky riding other people's coat tails.
