Worst Work Culture Ever super toxic office politics, overall horrendous team culture... some people in particular acted so strangely and there were definitely some weird microaggressions going on (refusing to look some people in the eye during meetings, power tripping, cliques, unwelcoming team members/attitude towards certain people, laughing behind people's back/sh*t talking in secret) - most employees if not all were working overtime and had to take on the roles of 1-3 high level positions (even with this, the owner said something along the lines of "the team is getting too big")
