A Company That Needs Restructuring This place sells you on how they are growing as a company and why its great to work there. At first you take the bait, but as the days go by you understand and catch on very quickly with how the company runs. Within my first month working here 8 people were let go, and you find out through a constant email sent out by the HR department. It is not a place to grow, and people get used to their roles within the company and have no desire to change their routines. Outdated to say the least.
