RUN...DO NOT EVER WORK HERE! Toxic environment, old senior employees highly rude and disrespectful , throws people under the bus, no accountability from senior management on down . The CEO is stuck in his ways and the coo talks alot but never backs up any empty promises he will make about things improving. The way they operate their sales and product operations is completely asinine and backwards at best. You are often left working harder and not smarter at all. I wholeheartedly donot see them surviving much longer. No team meetings until it's too late, no respect amongst employees. Just old people working and disgruntled with low morale. It's just a bleak working atmosphere to ever have to work in. Would never ever work for a company that operates like this and is okay with their employees acting like 12 year olds when their well into their 50s and 60s.
