Run. Sinking Ship. Crawl on bodies or drown. Worst Management Ever. From the top down. -Favoritism - some folks get to play and some get to slave. -HR exists only to organize parties, doesn't deal with employee issues. They are not there for you, only for management. -It's all about the bottom line - not very human. -Lots of talk about improving culture, very little action. No clear way to improve process. -Some people are paid incredibly and most not. -No bonuses. Very little promotion. -High turnover rate. Recently a massive number of top level management quit and or "quit" -Have let go of many good people on a whim. Popularity contest atmosphere. Lots of suck ups. -Closed the original office and about to close another satellite office - business doing poorly consistently the entire time I worked here. -A lot of inept and lazy people have managed to make a niche for themselves longterm here and if you threaten them with your performance in any way they find ways to make your work more difficult. Like pushing a cart sideways. Over bodies. Did I say run? Run.
