Too good to be true. No training, management, leadership. No benefits. Nonexistent HR, any problems including serious workplace violations are swept under the rug and ignored. Very stressful environment paired with poor scheduling (Smitten is very popular which brings a crowd yet there is never enough scheduled). Food Safety rules and overall health regulations are ignored. Big turnover, lots of employees and higher-ups come and go very fast. There is never any time to take breaks due to poor scheduling and how busy the store is, the pay is penalized for taking an actual lunch break. The system incentivizes not taking a break no matter how long of a shift to get a decent paycheck. Often times many essential tools/items are either broken, outdated or just missing
