Most dishonest and neglectful company I've ever worked for.
Senior staff is majorly underqualified and inexperienced. This comes to light in major ways when it comes to fresh employees seeking to grow their careers. Extra work gets piled on those that seek to grow for no extra pay and so far no avenues for promotions. Employees here have been seeking promotions for years with no reward typically choosing to leave instead of waiting around seeing more promises from management broken. There are tier 1 employees working 7 days a week and many 12+ hour shifts making themselves sick to try to save what appears to be a company on the verge of collapse while others call in sick or wfh on a regular basis typically falling short of their expected 40 hours. Do not expect to be treated fairly or rewarded for extra contributions. Any cries for help to middle management falls on deaf ears.
