Falls Short of Expectations Mgmt is TOXIC. Passive-aggressive. Training is nonexistent yet you get yelled at for not knowing how to do new things. I received no pay raise over 2 years yet my workload tripled. Pay was crap. I was promised a chance to move up the ladder but they clearly just work you for the same pay...the turnover for ?inside sales? (really means customer service) was high for these reasons.
