Operation (in office)
Turn over is constant. Management is horrible. The only people that sucede are the apple polisher and praise management even if you don?t think is in the best interest for the company. The owner constantly make emocional changes. The benefits have been decaying. Almost unreachable goals with a leader that does not work for it. And if you quit they Will not speak kindly of that former employee no matter who they were.
