Poor management Boy where to begin? Work hours are from 10am to 9pm. The training you receive after the Georgia visit is vague, uninformative, inadequate, informal and most of the time if you ask questions they will scold you for not getting it the first time. Management will set unattainable goals and expect you to meet them. The ?bonus? they offer is actually part of your salary and if you call off or someone else doesn?t do their work and make you miss a deadline, you won?t get that part of the promised salary. You are constantly micromanaged and more often than not, you will get yelled at for management not knowing an answer or if they don?t communicate with you about new procedures. You are expected to be a mind reader and instantly get what management is talking about.
