Poor Manangement Management is terrible! I cannot stress enough how much the manager micro-manages everything and poorly trains the employees. The manager does not handle stressful situations well and belittles her employees. The manager is also unprofessional and rude to employees, vendors, customers and at times the owners. There is also no human resource for the company; therefore, there is no one to report her to and the owners are unaware of your behavior. The only holidays you do not have to work are: Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day. The pay period also sucks. The pay period is the 1st through the 15th and 16th through the last day of the month. You will receive a paycheck within 5 days after the last day of the pay period. During the interview process the manager lied stating their is room for growth but there is no room for growth at all. Also the companies benefits are terrible along with the pay. It is only worth working for the company if you have no experience within the industry and want an introduction to the food industry.
