Poorly hacked together solutions
Management doesn?t know how to say no to clients. This results in poor technology implementations. Almost no communication among senior managers nor between senior managers and juniors. Solutions are unsustainable and result in heavy technical debt. Business scales linearly and depends solely on man hours, hence why most of the engineering team is outsourced. Most of the smart employees leave almost immediately. Not a worthwhile career builder.
