They really don't care about you
You'll receive no help or training on how to do anything outside the event. Was never made aware of training manuals, scripts, sheets that need to be completed. They withhold your pay for multiple reasons, most of which aren't explained to you until they happen. They will also deduct pay but won't make you aware about that until after the fact.
