Toxic Work Environment - You couldn't pay me enough to stay at this company. I have never seen a company operate like this one. It makes fast fashion look good. They think they are a designer brand when they literally pull outfits out of glossy magazines and knock them off exactly. All the employees despised the CEO (and so called designer) including her CFO who would regularly speak about her behind her back to the staff about taking over the company and how crazy she (owner) was. It was the most inauthentic work environment I have ever been exposed to. Phony in every way from the designs to the people who managed it.
