Very poorly run company way too much back end work very little compensation for the amount of work very little support from anyone area "directors" (what a joke) are competing coaches that are not only extremely rude to both you and your parents, they "surprise visit" your classes, critique you in front of your parents, are quite rude to both your parents and children making everyone very uncomfortable, and video your choreo to use with their teams. (one of these so-called directors actually changed the name of her team to the same name as my team, making it very confusing to both participants and parents of both teams during competition) Judging staff is inept and constantly scored teams wrong. (one time a judge gave our team a 25 point deduction for something that wasn't even a rule in our division, costing my team 1st place! However, I fought for my team and the company did rectify the mistake and send us 1st place medals, but the team was still very disappointed at competition)
