Biography
Vinay Rai is a Graduate in Science from the University of Delhi and Master’s in Engineering from MIT. He is a great Philosopher, Educationist, Philanthropist and Businessman, who serves as a source of inspiration for many generations. He has immensely contributed in promoting applied research and ancient art and culture for rural areas and for empowering rural women. An active business leader, Vinay Rai was elected by his peers as president of the Cellular Operators Association of India, the Indian Electrical & Electronics Manufacturers' Association, and the Electronics Components Industries Association. He also served as Chairman of Executive Committee member of important national trade and commerce organizations – FICCI and CII. He has made a unique effort to provide free higher education to orphan girls and women from less privileged backgrounds through a program called “Girl Genius and Gifted Girl”, however his mantra of life is “where others see walls he sees doors"
