I certainly do not recommend his services...disappeared for 30 days straight and has been sued by multiple former clients. There's more, just google him and search deep.

Because pioneering beverage brands owned and operated by young, start-up level companies requires a different blend of core competencies and talents than does beverage sales and marketing at big beverage, William Sipper plays an important role in brand development. William began his career at Evian Natural Spring Water and helped introduce Evian in the United States, helping to pioneer the bottled water category in Anerica. Sipper acted as Senior Vice President of Marketing at the Ultimate Juice Co. (A Division of North Castle Partners) which owned brands like Naked Juice, Zeigler’s Apple Cider, etc. from February 2001 to August 2002. Prior to Tear of the Clouds, Sipper was Vice President of Fresh Samantha Smoothies, the first refrigerated smoothie company on the east coast. After expanding the brands footprint throughout

Sipper has created relationships with many of the top retail and distribution groups in the U.S. such as Whole Foods/Wild Oats, Starbucks, Brueggers Bagels, Einstein’s/Noah’s Bagels, Barnes & Nobles, Borders Bookstores, Southland 7-11, Circle K, Safeway, Albertson’s, Publix, BJ’s, Sam’s, Costco, and others.

Mr. Sipper is currently a partner at Cascadia Consulting Group, one of the leading consumer products consulting firms. He has expanded his reached and depth of knowledge to include Asia, Central America, and South America.

Sipper has been recently featured on several episodes of the TV Food Network’s Unwrapped and a PBS documentary The Water Wars. He has been a guest speaker at Columbia University School of Business, and has given many speeches including addresses at the 3rd Annual Bottled Water Congress in Torino, Italy, the Pan Arab Congress on Osteoporosis in Tunisia, Natural Products Expo East (Baltimore), Natural Products Expo Asia (Hong Kong), Innobev US (New York) and others. He has been quoted in several trade and consumer publications ranging from Beverage World, Barrons, NY Times and Brandweek to Playboy. Several Articles of Mr. Sipper’s articles have been printed in Beverage Spectrum Magazine.
