Good coffee, bad business Constant (and I mean constant) turn over. Roughly every two months management is fired and replaced. Problems within the company are never solved, things working fine are constantly agitated. Numerous payroll problems, horrible micromanagement. Rarely will you ever get a break, and never will you have a consistent schedule. Prices constantly go up while wages and hours are slashed. Take this job as an in-between to something else if you need to.
