Down Hill at a fast pace
The only people who get promotions are foreigners on visas or former DSV employees, open positions are rarely posted internally but often can be found on job boards. Due to recent changes in management, several jobs ( mostly management) have been created for their friends. They also lie on visa applications to prove that the job can't be done by an American when in fact it can be. There is no job within the organization that cannot be done by an American. Also, many visa holders have left early because they were dissatisfied with the way they were treated. State of the union calls were held monthly and then changed to quarterly but still a waste of time. It was said that any and all questions would be addressed. Several employees addressed concerns but they were never addressed. As an employee, you are not allowed to be in a relationship with a direct reporting manager. This happens often in the organization and in fact some have been given promotions and still reporting to their "secret" significant other.
