Sinking Ship Management had no idea where they were going as a company. We were constantly being told as a company that our heads were above the water and we were doing just fine when in reality we were sinking deeper and deeper. Because of this, there have been multiple lay-offs in the last 2 years. They have no clear vision or direction of where they are going as a company. They are constantly shifting ideas to see what will work. They focus way too much on frivolous tasks or aesthetics that take up the time of people that work there that could actually be contributing to the company and by doing that, they are wasting money by taking those people away from the job they were hired to do. With such a small amount of employees now there, moral and the excitement to be working there is very low. Management was always very secretive about what was going on with the company. And when we would be given any kind of information, most of it was just blowing hot air up our rears and they would go back on their word.
