Extremely high stress with low pay
They give you a ridiculous amount of workload and try to pay you one person?s salary but make you do three people?s work. It?s common for people to be so busy they don?t even have time for lunch until 3 or 4 pm. Sometimes no lunch at all! We have to sacrifice our free time/weekend to do unpaid work, otherwise there?s no way to finish it. Forget about asking to work from home, they have 0 trust in you. There are cameras in every corner to watch you, they make you record everything you do and how many minutes spent on it (as if the stress from the work itself isn?t enough already!) If you go to bathroom for longer than 3 minutes, manager will begin to ask where you are. Make you feel like you?re in jail! Also a lot of drama and backstabbing because of management?s failure. No leadership qualities. The pay is slightly higher than minimum wage, people that flip burgers in New York City get paid more than us and have way less stress. Few people can stay here for longer than a year or two.
