Good place to start if you?re a beginner
Pay is low, communication between dispatch, payroll and safety is not good. Will have a lot of time sitting due to lack of communication. Sometime I have to call dispatch several times. Sometimes they?ll forget I?m empty. No APUs so if you idle your truck in the summer it will hurt your fuel bonus. Dishonest recruiters. Will charge you thousands of dollars for hotel fees if you?re coming from outside the Fort Worth, TX for 4 week training. Still paying out my check weekly for hotel fees. Safety here is a joke. Insurance is really high.
