Terribly disappointing It is a morally incompetent company which demands mediocrity. There is a reason no one in their twenties works here! Doing good work dictates more work with no reward. The idea that employees "put in their time years ago" strangles the capable employees and has created an environment where people are encouraged to be incompetent. Forced fun outings such as happy hours and field day are selling points from the company's perspective but in reality are required attendance and nearly always result in working the weekend because of them. When wanting to learn a new skill ? a skill I was using on multiple projects at the time ? I was told the company not only would not provide support, I would not be allowed to use those skills even if I did learn them on my own time because "it is in someone else's job description."
