Loud, open working environment making it difficult to focus. You have to hope a ?conference room? is open if you need to make a call concerning sensitive info. Generally feels like the company culture is trying too hard to be cool instead of focusing on more important personnel issues. Not many employees with experience in their dept or industry, including dept leaders. No one seems concerned that this is the case and/or no one has the desire to hire the right people to learn how to properly run the manufacturing side of the business instead of retail. The most bizarre titles and who receives them that I?ve ever heard. No rhyme or reason to the org chart. Definitely not based upon experience.
