I managed Prime contracts, headquarters vendor and subcontracts and was additionally outsourced in the role of the sole contract manager for a significant government essential services provider. When COVID hit I was the sole PSS FED employee during COVID who did not have any work reduction when hit by affects of the pandemic as I supported essential operations for headquarters as well as critical essential operations for a profitable account/client during a time of economic downturn. I initially had been outsourced with expectation I would be in that role for a few weeks to a month however the client retained me as their contract manager for eight months while seeking the right fit for their next hire.

Performed a full range of highly complex pre-award and post-award activities utilizing a variety of types of contracts in support of Verizon Business services. Reviewed contracts to ensure all necessary clauses have been included and to identify missing and inconsistent provisions. Evaluated, negotiated, planned, administered, and managed contracts, including Master Service Agreements, and Service Orders thereunder. Verizon underwent Six Sigma inspired process improvement during these years which introduced me to sound project management techniques as I supported a couple of additional process improvement and other projects to streamline and standardize repeat, scalable sale of professional service contracts.
