Between classes and work, Eugene Shatsman was able to make the property profitable within 90 days his residential company quickly gained a waiting list of tenants (a practically unheard-of circumstance in the Ann Arbor market). After a few years, he shared with other investors his methods and he started managing and consulting other real estate transactions. Eugene Shatsman's properties housed many aspiring entrepreneurs and this eventually led to him to the world of sales and marketing consulting.
